You will be missed
Our Friend Larry Watson passed away early this morning July 20, 2010
As many of you know he was our Guest of Honor at the 2nd Annual Hippy Killer
Hoedown.He came to our event,even though he was not feeling well,thinking he
just had the flu or something only to find out not longer after that it would
turn out to be cancer.
My dad worked in his paint shop when I was just a teenager, so from early on he's been one of my idols. He's been a legend in the Custom Car Industry since he began painting cars in the 50's. Also for celebrities early in the 60's.
He was also a part time actor on many TV shows during that time. We used to see him at different Car shows running around with his Large 8mm CAMERA shooting films of the events, later he would set up his booth at car shows displaying his artistic work on posters and souveiors. He had a love for Custom Cars most of his life and has made many friends along the way.
We want to extend our condolences to Larry's son Larry Watson JR. and the many
friends who will miss him.
